June-Ho Kim, MD, MPH is Senior Faculty Advisor to the Primary Health Care program at Ariadne Labs, Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School, and an attending physician at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in the Division of General Medicine & Primary Care. He advises Ariadne’s work in advancing primary health care systems in low and middle-income countries through the Primary Health Care Performance Initiative and other global partnerships. In addition, he is the co-principal investigator for the program’s domestic primary care collaboration with Federally Qualified Health Centers to leverage digital health for better integrated chronic disease management, especially mental and behavioral health conditions. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he led Ariadne’s efforts to identify and share global lessons in infection prevention & control and health workforce management from positive outlier countries. June-Ho also practices primary care and internal medicine in Boston with clinical and research interests in innovations to advance chronic disease management, narrow health disparities, and advocate for equitable policies that promote high-quality primary care.
June-Ho earned his A.B. from Harvard College, his M.D. from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and his M.P.H. from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He completed his internship, residency, and fellowship in Internal Medicine and Primary Care at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
