Bolanle (Bola) Bukoye, MSPH, CPHQ is an Implementation Specialist on the Implementation Platform at Ariadne Labs. In this role, Bola partners with program managers and investigators across Ariadne Labs in designing, testing, and spreading of quality improvement and implementation solutions to healthcare systems within the United States and globally.
Prior to joining Ariadne Labs, Bola worked as a Senior Quality Improvement Analyst at Boston Children’s Hospital where she led clinical quality and process improvement initiatives including a multi-year, enterprise-wide, readmissions effort which was part of a national collaborative to improve pediatric patient safety. She launched and co-chaired the Quality Improvement and Research Committee and worked closely with clinical and administrative leaders to design and prioritize quality initiatives across the continuum of Surgical Services. In addition, she provided data management and analysis support to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide guidance for strategic planning.
Bola earned her BS in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Mississippi University for Women, and her Master of Science degree in Global Health and Population with a concentration in Infectious Disease Epidemiology from the Harvard School of Public Health.
