Paul Santos, MPH, CHES is the Serious Illness Care Program, Implementation Specialist at Ariadne Labs. In this role, Paul provides expertise in designing, testing, and delivering effective implementation support across our Serious Illness Care Program partner sites, with a particular focus on implementation in Massachusetts.
Prior to joining Ariadne Labs, Paul had been focused on achieving health equity for LGBT people among several roles. Most recently he worked as a Project Officer for New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene in the Bureau of HIV Prevention. In this role, he led and coordinated implementation of an HIV testing and prevention initiative in New York City. With this work, he also provided technical assistance and served as a resource to clinical sites, community-based organizations, and large hospital centers in New York City.
Paul earned his MPH from Montclair State University and his BS in Health Science from New Jersey City University, both in his home state of New Jersey.
