Amanda DiMeo is a Senior Project Coordinator on the Delivery Decisions Initiative (DDI) program team, where she provides support across the DDI portfolio of projects.
Outside of Ariadne Labs, Amanda is a harm reductionist who advocates for people who use drugs, and volunteers as a rape crisis counselor for the city of Boston.
Prior to joining Ariadne Labs, Amanda worked at Boston Medical Center, where she managed and conducted research about harm reduction and HIV risk behavior for people who use drugs in Lowell and Lawrence, MA. Amanda also spent time consulting at the WHO World Health Emergencies Programme during the DRC-Kivu Ebola epidemic in 2018; and working with Harvard Medical School to evaluate the Safe Surgery 2020 Initiative in Northern Tanzania.
Amanda received her MSc in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a BSc in Health Science from Boston University.
