Research Analyst, Delivery Decisions Initiative
Avery Plough is a Research Specialist on the Delivery Decisions Initiative team. In this role, she works on product development, research, and implementation across the team’s projects, including TeamBirth which aims to improve communication and teamwork in childbirth care.

Avery earned her BA in Neuroscience and Economics from Dartmouth College and her MPH in Health Management at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
