Carolina (Carol) Lucey
Carolina (Carol) is a Senior Project Manager for the Home Hospital program at Ariadne Labs. She oversees a portfolio of projects that seek to improve, advance, and scale the adoption of home hospital initiatives nationally and internationally.
Before joining Ariadne Labs, Carol served as Strategic Projects Planning Specialist for the President of Paraguay’s Delivery Unit, where she worked on developing the National Strategy for Early Childhood Development and lead the policy arm for the Covid-19 National Response Team. She also worked as the Project Manager for Presidential Initiatives at the Ministry of Public Health in Paraguay, leading efforts to expand Primary Healthcare access and streamline the supply chain for pharmaceuticals and medical supplies, among other strategic projects. Prior to moving to Paraguay in 2013, she worked in policy innovation and community engagement at the Cambridge Housing Authority, in Cambridge, MA, where she coordinated the National Demonstration Program “Moving To Work”. Carol has a BA in Political Science from Bates College and is currently pursuing her MPH at Yale University School of Public Health.
