Onix Marrero
Onix is a design and innovation content expert, helping teams clarify their work and make it more accessible and user-centered. He plays a key role in how teams define problems, collaborate across disciplines, prototype solutions, and share their work in intuitive, actionable ways.
Onix has over 15 years of experience leading design and research across healthcare, financial services, artificial intelligence, and civic technology. His past work includes projects with Boston Children’s Hospital, Ikigai Laboratories, the City of Boston’s Mayor’s Office of New Urban Mechanics, Morgan Stanley, and MFS Investment Management. He brings particular strength in translating complex systems and workflows into clear, human-centered experiences for diverse users. Onix holds a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Puerto Rico – Mayagüez.
