INTEGRATED CARE MODELS - Ariadne Labs

Health care systems are incredibly complex. To deliver the highest quality care, all pieces of the system need to work well together. This means effective integration and communication among care providers, between clinicians and patients, and across systems.

We design solutions for stronger, more integrated systems at the local, national, and global levels. We study and design models of care that can equitably deliver high-quality care to populations around the world, whether that’s connecting patients with the latest medical breakthroughs, facilitating access to basic services, or improving care for chronic disease. And, we identify factors within systems that facilitate effective implementation of those models and help system leaders work toward improvement.
