April Hopcroft

April Hopcroft, MPH is a Senior Project Coordinator for the Home Hospital team, providing programmatic, operational, and logistical support for the DEMOCRATIZE trial and related initiatives.

Prior to joining the lab, she worked at the Bloomberg Center for Cities at Harvard University and New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services. April has a background in health communications, having spent three years reporting on advances in diabetes care for both patient and medical audiences. She earned a Master of Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience and Spanish from Smith College.
