Sharelle Davis
Sharelle Davis is the Senior Operations and Talent Coordinator for Ariadne Labs. She works closely with the Operations Team and Talent Team to maintain both front-line and behind-the-scenes support of Ariadne Labs’ platforms and programs. Sharelle is responsible for managing and organizing onboarding steps for all new hires. Sharelle is also an active representative of the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee and is devoted to building a positive, supportive, and inclusive working environment at Ariadne Labs.
Before starting her career at Ariadne Labs, Sharelle held several promoted positions for Boston Children’s Hospital over 10 years. In her last role as the Fellowship Coordinator for the Orthopedic Center / Sports Medicine Division, she was responsible for the national recruitment, interviewing, selection, and orientation of the one-year Sports Medicine and Pediatric Orthopedic Fellows. Sharelle was also responsible for designing the curriculum for the Annual Fellowship Program while providing administrative support to the Director and two Assistant Directors of the Boston Children’s Hospital Sports Medicine Division.
Sharelle earned her Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Human Services from Cambridge College and will be pursuing her Masters in Management.
