By submitting personal information, you grant Better Evidence the right to transmit, monitor, retrieve, store, and use your information in connection with the operation of the website and the donation program. Better Evidence at Ariadne Labs and UpToDate, Inc. will aim to protect your confidentiality as best as possible by using secure data collection platforms and de-identifying data for research, but there is some risk in sharing personal data. These are authorized members of the Better Evidence at Ariadne Labs and UpToDate, Inc. workforce. Online Forms
Forms provided on the Better Evidence website may include online applications, newsletter signups, and feedback forms. If, at any time, you wish to remove your user information from the Better Evidence Donation Program, please contact beproviders@ariadnelabs.org. We will delete all information about you that we have on our current Better Evidence website and all historical information from previous servers.
Newsletter/Press Release Subscriptions
If you subscribe to a newsletter, publication, or press release published by Better Evidence and distributed by email, we will maintain your email address in a private distribution list unless you select to “unsubscribe” at the bottom of our newsletter. Messages sent electronically do not include recipients’ email addresses or any other personal information.
