We are accepting applications on a rolling basis between now and February 20, 2019. We plan to select fifteen to twenty health systems for the cohort and will announce final decisions by March 15, 2019 at the latest.
To apply, health systems must complete an online application which includes questions on health system characteristics, organizational priorities, existing initiatives, etc. We also require two letters of support – one from executive leadership and one from clinical leaders. Ariadne Labs will provide sample templates for applicants to adapt, or applicants may write their own letters demonstrating their commitment to the program.
