Clinical Implementation Specialist, Delivery Decisions Initiative

Abby Slattery MPH, MSN, RN is a Clinical Implementation Specialist on the Delivery Decisions Initiative (DDI) team. In this role, she works directly with health systems and other clinical partners implementing the TeamBirth project by teaching, coaching, and supporting implementation efforts.

Before Ariadne Labs, Abby worked as an adjunct faculty member at Manhattanville College teaching Maternal-Child Health courses/clinicals. Additionally, Abby has over four years of clinical experience as a Labor & Delivery nurse.

Abby is currently studying to be a nurse-midwife and is pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Baylor University. She received her Master of Public Health from Harvard University, focusing on Global Maternal Child Health. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Columbia University and her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Davidson College.
