Dagne Minda
ICT Director, St. Paul's Millennium Medical College, Ethiopia
Dagne Minda is lecturer, and an Information and Communication Directorate Director at St. Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College. He also serves as a Better Evidence Champion. Dagne graduated from Addis Ababa University with a Master’s degree in health informatics and has a special interest in eHealth systems research and Medical image processing research especially in detection of Cancer of different types with Deep Learning and machine learning algorithms. He also has more than 20 years of experience in software development and leading ICT Projects.
