David Kamau Kimani
David has a vast experience of 30 years in the information science field out of which 13 years he has served as a Medical Librarian and Library ICT champion at the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Nairobi, Kenya. He holds a Diploma in Information Science from The Technical University of Kenya and is pursuing a Bachelors Degree from Kenyatta University, Kenya. David is in charge of training students (undergraduate and postgraduate) and faculty members in research techniques, e-journal databases, citation and referencing softwares, as well as anti-plagiarism softwares. He also serves as a Better Evidence Champion at The University of Nairobi. His special interest is making medical research more efficient and effective by facilitating access to and training medical students and faculty on the best use of evidence-based clinical tools that can change or have an impact on society.
