Emmanuel Kusi Achampong is an Associate Professor in Health Informatics at the Department of Medical Education and Information Technology, School of Medical Sciences, University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He has a PhD in Information Technology and an MSc in Health Informatics. Profession Achampong and his colleagues have won some grants for research into health informatics and health information management. He has thirty-two publications in peer-reviewed journals. His research interests include artificial intelligence in medicine and electronic health records system. He joined the Better Evidence Training Program in 2024.
