Clinical Implementation Specialist

Indigo Miller, MPH, BSN, RN is a Clinical Implementation Specialist on the Implementation Platform at Ariadne Labs.

In this role, Indigo supports the PHC team by tailoring quality improvement implementation strategies and designing PHC solutions for scale. Indigo’s work has supported a variety of the PHC program’s projects as well as a range of other primary care improvement initiatives. While at Ariadne Labs she has led the design and testing of implementation and spread strategies for Enhanced Care Management, Integrated Behavioral Health, and Population Precision Health’s preventive genetic screening in primary care. Prior to joining Ariadne Labs, Indigo worked with Upstream Massachusetts where she collaborated with health systems to embed same-day access to non-coercive patient-centered contraceptive care in primary care settings. She also works across other Ariadne Programs and initiatives like the Delivery Decisions Initiative and Spark Grant program.

Indigo leverages implementation best practices and clinical experience to ensure PHC solutions are designed and tested with spread in mind. She has worked clinically as a Mom Baby Postpartum nurse and in Geriatric Rehab and Recovery in addition to her experience in coaching, project management, and quality improvement. Indigo earned her nursing degree at Goshen College and her Master of Public Health at Boston University School of Public Health.
