Kaya Duguay
Kaya Duguay is a Project Coordinator on the Delivery Decisions Initiative (DDI) team, where she supports the TeamBirth project. On TeamBirth, she contributes to the spread of the program via project management, design, research, and knowledge management.
She earned her B.S. in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from Yale University, and her MPH in Health and Social Behavior with a concentration in Maternal & Child Health from the Harvard School of Public Health. Prior to joining Ariadne Labs, she worked in global development and communications at the United Nations Foundation focusing on the fields of global health, climate, and gender.
Kaya’s interests revolve around addressing health disparities caused by socioeconomic and structural factors, and improving information/resource accessibility beyond academic lines. This interest in knowledge translation particularly includes bridging gaps between technical and practical audiences, and improving data visualization and storytelling.
