Lynn El Chaer

Lynn El Chaer is a research assistant on the Delivery Decisions Initiative team at Ariadne Labs. In this role,  Lynn supports the research and data for TeamBirth in Oklahoma and Massachusetts, and the design of TeamBrith extensions in prenatal care and the NICU. Previously, Lynn has supported research, quality improvement, and product development for a range of nonprofits and clinics in the U.S, Ghana, and Lebanon.  She holds a master’s degree in Global Health, Monitoring and Evaluation from Boston University and bachelor’s degree in Political Science with and a minor in Psychology from the American University of Beirut.
