Ramla Adam Chamvanga is an Assistant Librarian Trainee, Directorate of Library Services at Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS) in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. She graduated from the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) with a Bachelor degree of Arts in Library and Information Studies. She is currently finalizing a Master degree of Arts in Information Studies at UDSM. She has a special interest in Library systems and technologies, Information literacy, Systematic review, Evidence-based resources, Health information systems and Reproductive health education. She received awards of Best Worker from MUHAS at the departmental level from 2018-2020. She joined the Better Evidence for Training program in 2023.
