Senior Specialist, Monitoring and Evaluation

Laura Subramanian is the Senior Specialist, Monitoring and Evaluation at Ariadne Labs. In this role, she leads the development of monitoring and evaluation plans for Ariadne Labs’ programs, including protocol development, identifying indicators and data sources, supporting mixed methods analysis, and promoting utilization of data for quality improvement. She also collaborates with technology staff to design, develop, and implement effective data feedback systems for near-real- time monitoring of Ariadne Labs’ programs and supports effective data capture for the use of learning, scaling, and dissemination.

Prior to joining Ariadne Labs, Laura was a Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor at Pathfinder International, where she provided technical assistance to projects in sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia for M&E plans, data collection systems, research and evaluation, and analysis and use of data to inform program learning. Before that, she worked as a Program Associate at EngenderHealth, and as a Harvard University Fellow at the Africa Centre for Health and Population Studies in South Africa. Laura holds bachelor’s degrees in biology and sociology from Brandeis University, and a Master of Science degree in Society, Human Development and Health from the Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health.
