Alea Challenger

Alea Challenger is a Research Assistant on the Delivery Decisions Initiative (DDI) team. In this role, she supports the TeamBirth and Expecting More projects. On TeamBirth, Alea supports project implementation and research. With the Expecting More portfolio, she plans projects that focus on fostering environments where families can grow with dignity.

Alea earned her B.A. in History of Science from Harvard College. Prior to joining Ariadne Labs, Alea worked at the Institute for Perinatal Quality Improvement as the communications coordinator. She is interested in health advocacy, and plans to complete a Masters in Public Health.
