Meghan Long is a Project Manager at Ariadne Labs, where she supports the Office of the Chief Medical Officer by leading a portfolio of cross-organizational initiatives and a portfolio of early stage innovation projects.
Before joining Ariadne Labs, Meghan was a Department Coordinator of Medical Affairs and Quality at Hartford Healthcare. In this postgraduate development position, she led a portfolio of health system-wide quality and safety initiatives on behalf of the Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Quality & Safety.
Meghan has also served as a Program Coordinator for the Volunteer Services Department at Yale-New Haven Health where she collaborated with over sixty departments across the health system to create new programs aimed at improving patient safety, quality and satisfaction. In this role, she led an average of 600 youth, college, and adult volunteers to provide excellent service to patients, families, and visitors.
Meghan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Thought & Political Economy with a minor in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst. She also holds a Masters of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of New Haven.
