Selam Woldeselassie
Selam Woldeselassie is Ariadne’s Senior Director of Administration, overseeing finance, talent, and operations and serving as the senior administrative leader of the Lab. In this capacity, she is an integral member of the Management Team, working with the Executive Director to lead the day-to-day functions of the Lab.
Selam has 20 years of experience in leadership and organizational development across the banking, financial services, and telecommunications industries at companies including Bank of America, State Street Corporation, and Sprint. Most recently, she served as the Department Director of the Mechanical Engineering Department at Boston University since 2016 and was previously the Business Manager for the Boston University Center for Biomedical Research. At BU, she led departmental transformations and served on committees to help guide process improvement across the University. Selam specializes in business operations with expertise in implementing strategic plans, strengthening organizational culture, and building diverse and influential teams.
Selam holds a BA in sociology from the University of Massachusetts-Boston and is earning her MBA at Boston University.
