Cesiah Y. Pimentel Meléndez is an Associate Dean of Quality and Mission Effectiveness at the Adventist School of Medicine of East-Central Africa (ASOME) in Kigali, Rwanda. She graduated from Andrews University with a PhD in Leadership (Emphasis on Healthcare Leadership) and is particularly interested in developing healthcare leaders and quality management in clinical and educational settings. She joined the Better Evidence for Training program in 2024.
