Max Sebastian Riley, MD, is a General Surgery resident at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and a Safe Surgery/Safe Systems Fellow at Ariadne Labs. His research at Ariadne primarily involves using innovative technology to assess and improve operative team performance, decision-making, and other nontechnical skills.
Max received his BA in the Biological Basis of Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania, before obtaining his MD at Washington University in St. Louis.
