Margaret Ben-Or
Margaret Ben-Or, MPH, is the Assistant Director of Strategic Projects. In this role, Margaret supports revenue strategy creation and execution to sustain the design, test, and spread of innovative tools and solutions across Ariadne’s programs, projects, and platforms. She works with teams to identify and assess funding opportunities and partnerships, cultivate relationships with funders and other partners, and develop and submit concept notes, letters of intent, and proposals. Margaret also leads efforts to develop or revise the internal processes that support business development. Prior to joining the Revenue Team, Margaret served as a project manager on the Project Management Platform and writer on the Communications Team.
Prior to Ariadne Labs, Margaret worked for Pathfinder International as a Program Officer providing technical and financial monitoring and operational support to field offices in Angola, Mozambique, and South Africa. Before that, Margaret worked for Management Sciences for Health, first as a Project Support Associate and later as an Operations Officer, supporting projects and offices in sub-Saharan Africa, Asia and the Middle East, and South America. She has also worked for the MA Department of Public Health’s Bureau of Substance Abuse Services as the Adolescent Services Coordinator. Margaret holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Policy Studies from Syracuse University and a Master’s in Public Health with a Global Health concentration from Boston University.
